For the record, we did look into including a good slab of ribeye or striploin beef in this dry age bag bundle and calling it the "Ultimate UMAi Dry Aging Bags Bundle" but it was a logistical nightmare to ship the meat, not to mention trying to get it through customs for our international customers. So alas, you'll have to buy the meat locally.
