3 oz shaker- A blend of sugar, salt, black pepper, mace, marjoram, onion, coriander, ginger and lemon powder.

Mix 1 tbsp in 1 pound of ground pork and refrigerate overnight. Excellent breakfast sausage
Mix 1 1/2 tbsp in a pound of ground venison and refrigerate 4-5 hours

Other uses: Chicken, Turkey, Pork, and Fish – sprinkle on baked fish or add to batter/breading for frying
