How To Participate In The UMAi Sweet Spot Challenge:
Sign up here and start dry aging steak-house quality beef for your next big gathering of friends and family. This challenge is preparing you for Independence Day (July 4th). **You do not have to have your dry aging project finished by July 4th for the Independence Day edition.**
Post weekly pictures of your Dry Aging Project on social media, either on Instagram or Facebook. Be sure to include the hashtag #UMAiSweetSpot on your posts. Post can be still imagery or videos of your progress.
Dry Age your meat for 35-45 days, the “sweet spot” for dry aging.
Capture images or video of your completed Dry Aged Masterpiece, before trimming, after trimming and once you've prepared to your liking. Make sure to upload images or video to your social media feeds with the hashtag #UMAiSweetSpot

*Entry into the UMAi Sweet Spot Challenge: Independence Day Edition is free and does not require a purchase of UMAi Dry Aging Bags. Start your Dry Aging Project between May 1, 2023 and June 20, 2023. Entry into the challenge includes 1) submitting your email address on umaidry.com/sweet_spot_challenge , 2) posting pictures on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #UMAiSweetSpot at regular intervals while dry aging, AND 3) posting a picture of your final results by July 29, 2023. You do not need to use UMAi Dry Aging bags to participate. Grand Prize Winner will receive “Just Add Meat” Starter Kit and $100 Gift Card for the winner's next dry aging project to CostCo (best quality meat for the price; CostCo’s meat is some of the cleanest on the market). 10 Runner up Winner will receive a copy of American Barbecue Sauces by Greg Mrvich of Ballistic BBQ.
