They can be tied off with zip ties. But best of all, you simply dry under normal refrigeration on wire racks--no need for special drying chambers, cellers, caves or the perfect season.

Simply tie off with zip ties and dry in normal refrigerator conditions - no expensive drying chambers, cellars, caves, or seasonal conditions required.

Expectations
- 100 ft. (30m) UMAi Dry 50mm (2 in) diameter sausage casing. Suitable for ~75-90 lbs. (33-42kg) of meat.
